Bella cakes are NEVER frozen. All of my cakes are made with high quality fresh ingredients: butter (not oil or shortening), eggs, whole milk and imported chocolate. You can really taste the difference.
My fondant is made from scratch and tastes so good that I could market it as candy! Literally, everyone who tastes it has said that it is the best they have ever had. It will even taste good when you thaw out your top tier for your first anniversary! I can make it any color and I can make it chocolate. You will be given a sample when you come in for your cake tasting.
For an additional fee, I can make most of these cakes with organic ingredients.
I do not use cheesecakes on stacked or tiered cakes but I will use them on “satellite cakes”. Let me know if you’re interested in cheesecakes during your consultation and we can discuss flavor options.
